Barrel aged wild ale refermented on 500g/L of Dragonfruit and Passionfruit and finished with grade A Madagascan organic Vanilla, tart juicy intensely fruity.  This beer is part of our ongoing “froots” series showcasing high fruit concentration in a variety of barrel ageing and production methods.

Brewed on 100% solar power with absolute minimal intervention at every processing step allowing the ingredients to be presented as close to their natural taste within the beer.  Bottle conditioned.  Designed to be consumed as close to bottling date as possible for full fruit impact but will continue to develop flavour evolution for up to 10 years.
